Mic-power’s batteries are specifically designed to allow all manufacturing production to be accomplished through automated processes. Collaboratively working with our equipment suppliers, we design and develop all our manufacturing equipment from the ground up while we continuous work to improve automation efficiency, quality, and capacity. Our entire process from start to finish is fully automated from mixing to final assembly. Ensuring quality, safety, and consistency through purity, our entire production line is run in Class 10,000 clean rooms.

Mic-power provides pack solutions from Vietnam and China facilities. We have several full automation lines to support volumes and flexibility. We can provide NPI services several locaion. Our dedicated Pack solutions development team can support various services together with our highly trained manufacturing team.

Mic-Power’s chemistry and test labs are equiped with high-precision industry-leading measuring instruments.

Our labs are capable of testing raw materials inspection and UL, IEC, and ROHS verification, as well as mechanical, reliability, and failure analysis of battery defects.

Mic-power products hold global and national patents on battery design, technology and manufacturing process. Mic-power is also recognized by the local government as a Top 10 Innovation Company in the region.
